Shipping & Delivery

I am a one woman operation and I will do my best to get your in stock order shipped within 3 business days.  I will happily give time estimates on custom orders.  All items will be shipped via USPS Priority (2-3 day) shipping with delivery confirmation unless requested otherwise.  If you would like your item(s) shipped by a different method, let me know and I will give you a shipping quote at the time of request. 

FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I will contact you with a shipping quote at the time of request. If you place an order without contacting me in advance, there may be additional fees

All items will be shipped to the billing address unless noted otherwise at the time of order.

I will contact you regarding your desire for insurance on high ticket items.

All information you give me through this site is transmitted securely and is not shared with any others or used for any purpose beside your order.

Returns & Replacements

While I hope that every order meets your desires, returns are rare, but inevitable in some instances. Due to the custom nature of some pieces, I cannot offer returns on any custom-made pieces or on any gold or platinum pieces that were not originally in-stock in the first place. On silver or other normal "in-stock" items, I can offer full-value exchanges/replacements for in-stock items, or if no other items suit you I can offer a refund (less shipping and a 15% re-stocking fee). Again, for the most part, this will be a case-by-case issue, and I'll be glad to work with you on any product issue that you may have.

Ordering

This webpage is set up to work with PayPal to purchase automatically. You can register at PayPal to pay by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or Electronic Check. To order with PayPal, click the "Add to Cart" button by the items that you desire. Once all items are added, you can finish the order process through PayPal. Shipping base cost is $5.65 (for USPS Priority Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation), and this is added by PayPal automatically during the Checkout Process. Shipping goes up based on the final cost purchased to cover the cost of the additional USPS insurance cost only. No hidden handling fees are ever charged to you. I only charge the exact USPS cost that I incur to ship it to you. These rates are for the U.S. only. To determine Insurance and International Rates, see the USPS website or contact me directly.

If you have any special instructions for your PayPal order - please email me. This would include such things as ring size, special instructions for pixie wings, etc. Also, if you want a ring or pendant made in PLATINUM, WHITE GOLD, or YELLOW GOLD instead of wht is listed, please note that in your order. The price will vary based on the precious metal chosen. Platinum, White Gold, and Yellow Gold pieces are significantly higher in cost compared to their sterling silver counterpart. Also, some pieces may not be able to be made in those metals due to the jewelry's size or structure. In short, email me with any special precious metal requests.
