Enameling

Learn the fundamental skills and techniques of fusing colored glass to metal. and foils to create your images.We will explore sifting, stenciling, wet packing, and foils to create your images.Create colorful pieces with copper to use in jewelry or wall art.

Cloisonne Enameling

$65 + studio pass [not included in fee]

Wednesday | 6:30-9:30pm Oct 27-Nov 17

Take your enameling skills one step further with he art of cloisonné. Using silver wire on copper, you will create small compartments (cloisons in French) to separate the different enamels, thus creating unique, intricate, and colorful patterns.

Chainmaking

$50 + studio pass [not included in fee]

Wednesday | 6:30-9:30pm October 6-20

A great introduction to three chainmaking techniques: Box Chain, Byzantine chain, and 4-in-1 Chainmaille. The small projects made with these basic chain patterns will give you the understanding and skill needed to make chain items of any size!

Silver Rings

$38 + studio pass [not included in fee]

Thursday | 6:30-9:30pm October 14 

Make a simple silver ring quickly enough to wear it home! The basics of soldering, shaping, filing, polishing and sizing will be covered in this three hour class.
